Privacy Policy

  1. The controller of personal data is DEV POL Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Wrocław, 53-238, at ul. A. Ostrowskiego 7 (NIP: 895-178-83-80, KRS: 0000156606), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider.
  2. The Service Provider provides services by electronic means in the form of forms enabling the entry of data, including personal data. Providing personal data is voluntary, and the data are processed for the purpose of responding to a contact enquiry, on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (GDPR) — i.e. on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data.
  3. The recruitment process is carried out for the purpose of employing the persons to whom the data relate.
  4. The processing of employees’ personal data is carried out for the purpose of the performance of work by employees and compliance with generally applicable law.
  5. The customer service process is carried out for the purpose of providing services and delivering products to business partners, who are represented by their representatives.
  6. The sales process is carried out for the purpose of presenting an offer of the company’s own products and services and concluding a contract.
  7. The marketing process is carried out for the purpose of presenting an offer of the company’s own products and services through selected communication channels.
  8. The personal data of persons submitting an enquiry (contact form, e-mail) will be processed for the period necessary to respond to the enquiry, or on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the controller, but no longer than one year.
  9. The personal data of job candidates (CV submission) will be processed until the recruitment process is completed; data processed on the basis of consent for future recruitment will be processed for a period of 2 years (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the Regulation).
  10. The data subject has the following rights: the right to request access to their personal data, the right to rectification (correction), erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent — consent may be withdrawn at any time; the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  11. Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the Polish supervisory authority) if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
  12. Where data are collected voluntarily, refusal to provide them makes it impossible to carry out the action specified for the given process.
